Frequently Asked Questions
We ship all our orders with PostNL and they are trackable. See our shipping table for an overview of shipping costs and delivery times per country. Depending on your country, shipping costs will be free of charge above a certain order amount. For most European countries this order amount is €100-€200. For ROW we do not charge shipping costs for orders over €300,-.
If your country is not in the lis and you live outside the EU, the ROW price rule will apply (Rest of the World). If you live inside the EU and your country is not on the list then we are not allowed to ship to your country due to governmental restrictions.

Can I track my order?
After we’ve processed your order you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code and website link. This applies to both mail and parcel shipments. With your Track & Trace code you can follow the status of your parcel.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day. The delivery time depends on the destination country. If a product is not in stock your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Check our list for an overview of delivery times per country. You can find this list on our Shipping costs page.
Weekends & bank holidays
Our parcels will be shipped by PostNL. Parcels will not be processed during the weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 17pm on Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday. During bank holidays like Easter, Christmas and New Year, we do not process orders. Orders placed during a bank holiday will be handled the first following business day.
