Payment methods

You can pia via the following methods:

  • iDeal (Dutch only)
  • Paypal
  • Wire transfer

In case you want to make a payment with your credit card, please connect it to your Paypal account and choose your credit card as the preferred payment method.

Payment failed of refused

You did not receive an order confirmation? Please check if the purchase amount has been withdrawn from your account. If the purchase amount has not been withdrawn your payment has failed and you can re-place your order. If the amount is withdrawn please contact our customer support and mention your order number in the correspondence.

Refunds

After you have contacted us about a return / cancellation of a product or order, you can expect the relevant amount back from us within 14 days.

Postpay

It is not possible to postpay.

Bank transfer

If you have paid by bank transfer, it can take up to 5 business days for the payment to be credited to our account. Your invoice will only be sent after we have received the payment.
