Can I return a product?

There can be different reasons why you would like to return a product:

  • Right of withdrawal (14 days)
  • A product incorrectly supplied by J WELL
  • Dead on arrival
  • A repair or replacement under warranty

In all cases of a return, contact our customer support, they will gladly help you further. Also consult our terms and conditions.

The products below are excluded from returns:

  • E-liquids if open
  • Clearomizers if used (hygiene product)
  • Drip Tips if used (hygiene product)
  • Coils if no longer in packaging
  • All products that have been used

How do I return a product?

Do you want to return a product? Please contact our customer support first, or visit one of our stores. You can hand in the product in-store or you will receive a return form from our customer support to send your product by mail.

What is the status of my return?

As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive a message from us. Depending on the reason for your return, our customer support will contact you within a few days to finalise your return.

Return address

You can deliver a return in one of our stores in Amsterdam or Haarlem. You can also send your return by post. Always contact our customer service first. The address for return shipments is:

Refund after return

After you have contacted our customer support and your return has been received, we will process your refund. The period for reimbursement has a legal maximum of 14 days after we received and processed the return.
