Base
The base is often available in different PG/VG ratios and nicotine strengths, this way you can choose the ratio and nicotine strength that you like best. For more information about the differences between PG and VG see our article on e-liquids.

Flavour concentrates
If you have a base, you actually have a tasteless e-liquid. A flavour concentrate can be added to get the desired taste.
