Which e-cigarette to buy?
This is different for everyone, and depends on how many cigarettes you smoke per day and whether you want to use the e-cigarette as a substitute, a way to stop smoking or as an extra on the side. What do I need to start vaping?
To start vaping you need an e-cigarette, which usually consists of a battery and a tank/cartridge. Furthermore, you need an e-liquid with a flavour and nicotine strength that works best for you. We have a helpfull article on e-liquids here: Which e-liquid should I get?
My device/battery is not working?
First, always check carefully whether the e-cigarette/battery is charged and switched on, turning on the e-cigarette is usually done by pressing the fire button 5-6 times within 3 seconds. If the e-cigarette is charged and switched on, but still doesn't fire, check if the coil is properly inserted and tightened in the tank. Make sure any possible safety plastic/stickers have been removed, and the tank/cartridge is making proper contact with the device. If the device still doesn't work, it is best to pass by one of our stores or contact our customer support.
The device is blinking or giving an error/check message?
The blinking of the device could mean that the battery is empty, first connect it to the charger to make sure the battery has enough power. If the battery is charged but is still blinking or still gives an error/check message, it is usually the connection between the device and the tank/cartridge. If this is the case you can check if the coil is properly inserted in the tank or that the cartridge makes proper contact with the device. If the problem remains, it is usually due to the coil or cartridge itself being defect. In that case you can try to use a completely new coil or cartridge. If the problem still occurs, it is best to go to a vendor or contact our customer support.
My e-cigarette is leaking?
In the event of a leaking e-cigarette, make sure to always check carefully if everything is properly closed, everything fits correctly and that the coil is properly tightened.
In case everything appears correct, make sure to check all of the rubber seals and see if these are neatly connected and undamaged.
If the e-cigarette is still leaking, it is usually the coil/atomizer that has burned. You can replace the coil with a new one after which the e-cigarette should be completely leak free again (see next question for more info about replacing the coil/atomizer).
If the e-cigarette is still leaking after these steps, it is best to bring the device and its accessories to one of our stores so that the employee can check the device.
What are coils / atomizers and how often do I have to replace them?

Why does my e-cigarette give off a burn taste?
If a burnt taste comes out of the e-cigarette, this is usually a sign that the coil/atomizer needs to be replaced, more info about how to replace it can be found here.
If you are using a new coil and it tastes burned immediately, this may be due to the liquid not having had enough time to soak and fully saturate the coil after replacing. After placing a new coil, we recommend that you let it sit for at least 5-10 minutes before use. By doing this the coil is given enough time to absorb the e-liquid. Also make sure to carefully check, if you have an adjustable e-cigarette, that the wattage or voltage is not set too high.
What is the best nicotine level to use?

Which e-liquid can I use in my e-cigarette?
This depends on the type of e-cigarette that you are using. For smaller MTL devices we recommend VG-content lower or equal to 50% and for some stronger DL devices we usually recommend a VG-content higher or equal to 50%.
