GDPR
Since 25 May 2018 it is possible to request all your data from us on the basis of the general Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR. To view your data, you can contact our customer support. We will send you your complete file.
If you have an account with us and you want to delete your data, no problem. This is possible by logging in to your account and choose "Delete my account based on GDPR". Your data will then be immediately deleted from all J WELL Vaping logs.
Why do I need an account?
If you regularly order from us, having an account can be very useful. This way you do not have to enter your address details every time you order and you can view your order history. You can also participate in our loyalty program and save points which can be spend in our webshop.
Forgot password
Oops! But luckily no problem. Go to forgot password and enter the email address of your J WELL Vaping account. Are you still unable fix the issue? Please contact our customer support, they will gladly assist you.
Change my data
Within your account you can save various addresses to use for shipping. Do you want to change certain details? Log in with your account and go to "my details".
My orders
As soon as you log in to J WELL Vaping you can find an overview of all your previous orders in your account. This is useful, for example, if you want to re-order a specific order. Saves some hassle!
